If you are having issues signing into your account on an older macOS (in a web browser like Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on macOS 10.9 - 10.12), then you may be running into a problem with the "CAPTCHA" verification system which prevents malicious spam bots and crawlers.
Even though you are a human, those systems have to do their job to stop those who are not.
The CAPTCHA systems are provided via a 3rd party, and they keep updating their processes over time. Sometimes these updates are no longer backwards compatible. This can cause a total breakdown of the sign in process when those CAPTCHA systems fail themselves outside of our control.
We do have a way to help you out. You will have to contact support for a compatibility override code.
