If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request in-store credit of your digital download purchase within 7 days of your purchase. As with most digitally delivered software products, full refunds on digital downloads are not accepted once an activation key has been revealed to you and/or you have activated the game.
Refunds may be exceptionally offered if customer service has determined the customer’s refund request is reasonable (for example, proof that the game does not run on your PC/Mac).
European customers: If you live in the EU, revealing your key or activating the game in your MacGameStore/WinGameStore account means you waive your right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 if the performance of our services has begun (for example, if the activation key has been disclosed to you).Any game purchased with in-store credit cannot be returned for another in-store credit.
Back-Order Exception: By request, a back-order purchase may be cancelled before the order is fulfilled.
Adding Funds to Wallet Exception: No refunds will be issued for any funds transferred to a MacGameStore/WinGameStore Wallet. Transfer is final upon order completion.
